摘要
药用植物内生真菌的次级代谢产物具有广泛的生理活性。本研究对一株具抑菌活性猫爪草内生真菌镰刀菌S4的发酵条件进行优化。以S4抑制核盘菌的抑菌率为评价指标,通过单因素试验和正交试验,优化的碳源为2.5%的葡萄糖;在27℃、130 r/min条件下,优化的最适装液量为30%,接种量为3%,培养时间为8 d,S4对核盘菌的抑菌率高达76.51%。
The secondary metabolites of endophytic fungi have a wide range of physiological activities.Inthisstudy,thefermentationconditionsofan endophyticfungus Fusariumsp S4from Radix Ranunculi Ternati were optimized to improve its antimicrobialactivity againstthe plant pathogen Sclerotinia sclerotiorum.Taking bacteriostatic rate as the evaluation index,the appropriated fermentation conditions were as follows:potato leach solution with 2.5%glucose,liquid loading30%,inoculation concentration3%and culture time 8d by the single factor test and orthogonal test.Under the above conditions,the inhibition rate of S4 against S.sclerotiorum reached 76.51%.
