摘要 既有建筑节能改造具有价值增值的显著效益,基于增值寿命周期的既有建筑节能改造综合效益评价从建筑功能改善与寿命延长考虑其价值度量,涵盖经济效益、社会效益和环境效益3个层面。探讨基于增值寿命周期的既有建筑节能改造综合效益的度量问题,需要从既有建筑节能改造活动及其效益分析入手,基于增值生命周期视角,解析既有建筑节能改造综合效益构成关系,剖析既有建筑节能改造综合效益影响因素,以准确把握基于增值寿命的既有建筑节能改造价值特性。 The energy-saving transformation of existing buildings has significant value-added benefits.The comprehensive benefit evaluation of energy-saving transformation of existing buildings based on the value-added life cycle is measured from the value of the consideration period of building function improvement and life extension,covering three levels:economic benefits,social benefits and environmental benefits.To discuss the measurement of the comprehensive benefits of energy-saving transformation of existing buildings based on value-added life cycle,it is necessary to start with the energy-saving transformation activities of existing buildings and their benefit analysis,analyze the composition relationship of the comprehensive benefits of energy-saving transformation of existing buildings based on the perspective of value-added life cycle,and analyze the influencing factors of the comprehensive benefits of energy-saving transformation of existing buildings,so as to accurately grasp the value characteristics of energy-saving transformation of existing buildings based on value-added life.
