摘要
目的:探讨中药汤剂联合针刺胆穴对胆结石患者的临床疗效观察。方法:收集2019年5月-2020年6月南京市中西医结合医院肝胆外科收治的86例胆结石患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组及观察组,均43例,两组患者均进行腹腔镜胆囊切除术,对照组进行常规治疗,观察组在对照组治疗基础上采用利胆排石汤联合针刺治疗,观察两组患者临床疗效。结果:对照组患者治疗后总有效率显著低于观察组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.004);治疗后,观察组胆囊壁厚度降低、胆囊收缩率升高,组间差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);治疗后,观察组C反应蛋白及白细胞介素-6水平降低,免疫球蛋白A、免疫球蛋白G及免疫球蛋白M水平均升高,组间差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);观察组患者不良反应发生率低于对照组(P=0.019)。结论:利胆排石汤联合针刺能够显著改善胆结石术后患者临床疗效,降低炎症因子水平增加免疫功能,不良反应少值得推广应用。
Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of TCM decoction plus acupuncture on gallstones.Methods:A total of 86 cases from May 2019 to June 2020 were collected as the research objects,and were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method,with 43 cases in both groups.After laparoscopic cholecystectomy,the control group received conventional treatment,and the observation group received conventional treatment plus the Lidan Paishi decoction(利胆排石汤)plus acupuncture.Results:After treatment,the total efficiency in the control group was significantly lower than that in the observation group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.004).After treatment,in the observation group,the gallbladder wall thickness was decreased,the gallbladder contraction rate was increased,and the differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of C-reactive protein and interleukin-6 in the observation group were decreased,while the levels of immunoglobulin A,immunoglobulin G and immunoglobulin M were increased,and the differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than the control group(P=0.019).Conclusion:The Lidan Paishi decoction plus acupuncture on postoperative gallstones can significantly improve the clinical efficacy,reduce the level of inflammatory factors,enhance immune function,with few adverse reactions,and is worthy of popularization and application.
