一种基于双馈风机锁相环动态响应的风-火协同调频策略 被引量:7

Wind-Thermal Power Coordinated Frequency Regulation Strategy Based on Dynamic Response of Phase-locked Loop for Double-fed Wind Turbine

摘要 针对风电机组参与系统频率调整与传统同步机电源相互配合的问题,通过合理设置双馈风电机组锁相环控制参数使其具有与传统同步机电源相似的惯量响应能力,进而分析风电机组惯量响应与同步机一次调频之间的相互影响,在此基础上提出风电机组主导的风-火协同调频控制策略。本策略的优点在于能减弱风电机组惯量响应过程中对于同步发电机组一次调频出力的抑制作用,加快同步发电机调频响应速率,进一步优化系统频率。最后在EMTDC/PSCAD中搭建时域仿真系统,验证了所提出理论分析的正确性与控制策略的有效性。 Aiming at the problem that wind turbine participates in the system frequency adjustment and cooperates with the traditional synchronous generators,the paper reasonably sets the control parameters of phase-locked loop for doubly-fed wind turbine,makes it has the inertia response ability similar to the traditional synchronous generators,and analyze the interaction between the inertia response of the wind turbine and the primary frequency regulation of the synchronous generator.On this basis,a wind-thermal power coordinated frequency regulation strategy dominated by the wind turbine is proposed,and frequency regulation compensation signal is sent form wind farm to the synchronous generator with the strategy.The advantage of the strategy is that it can weaken the inhibition of the primary frequency regulation output of the synchronous generator in the inertia response process of the wind turbine,accelerate the frequency regulation response rate of the synchronous generator,and further optimize the system frequency.Finally,a time-domain simulation system is built in EMTDC/PSCAD to verify the correctness of the proposed theory and the effectiveness of the control strategy.
