京张滑雪旅游带的全域构想、国际镜鉴与实现路径被引量：5

摘要采用文献资料法、案例研究法、逻辑推演法等,提出以京张体育文化旅游带北轴的京礼高速为轴线建设京张滑雪旅游带的全域构想,并在借鉴国外滑雪旅游全域实践基础上提出实现路径。研究认为:国外滑雪旅游实践从区域一体化、经营全季化、参与全民化、业态多元化4个方面表现出全域旅游特征。基于此,推动京张滑雪旅游带全域旅游发展应通过加强顶层设计,加快全域滑雪旅游一体化发展;拓展服务项目,实现滑雪旅游景点全季化经营;寻找政策着力点,促进滑雪旅游全民参与;创新发展模式,构建滑雪旅游多业态共建格局等路径实现。 Through the methods of literature review,case study and logical deduction,this paper puts forward an all-for-one idea that constructs the Beijing Zhangjiakou ski tourism belt based on the“north axis Beijing-Chongli high-speed”of the Beijing-Zhangjiakou sports culture and tourism belt,and puts forward realization paths based on the all-for-one tourism practice of foreign ski tourism.It argues that the practice of foreign ski tourism shows the characteristics of all-for-one tourism from four aspects:regional integration,all seasonal operation,participation by all people,and diversification of busi-ness forms.According to these characteristics,the development of the Beijing-Zhangjiakou ski tourism belt should be rea-lized through the following ways:strengthening top-level design to accelerate the integrated development of the all-for-one ski tourism;broadening service items to realize all seasonal management of the ski tourist attractions;looking for policy points to promote the participation of all people in skiing tourism;innovating the development model to build a joint construction pattern for ski tourism with various business forms.
