摘要
参考正弦改进等速组合运动规律的构造设计出了五次多项式改进等速组合运动规律,经过仿真分析和实际测试,证明了设计方案的正确性和可行性。该方法可以灵活调整加速段和减速段驱动角的大小,实现不同的运动特性,以满足不同的需求,适合在电子凸轮中应用。
Referring to the structure of the sine improved constant velocity combined motion law,the author designed the improved constant velocity combined motion law base on quintic polynomial.After simulation analysis and actual test,the correctness and feasibility of the design scheme are proved.By adjusted flexibly the driving angle of the acceleration section and the deceleration section,the method can realize different motion characteristics to meet different needs,and it is suitable for application in electronic cams.
