模块化立体停车库节点力学性能研究

Research on the Mechanical Performance of the Modular Connection Joint for 3D Parking Garages

摘要 目的针对立体停车库结构提出一种简单高效的模块化连接节点,并对其力学性能进行分析。方法采用ABAQUS软件建模分析端板厚度t_(d)、连接板处螺栓数量n、连接板厚度t_(b)和短悬臂梁长度l对节点力学性能的影响,并采用组件法提出节点初始刚度计算公式。结果随着t_(d)、n、t_(b)和l的增大,均能在不同程度上改善节点滞回性能;l对力学性能影响最为显著,t_(b)对节点骨架曲线基本无影响;节点极限承载力随着t_(d)、n、l的增大而逐渐提高,提高幅度逐渐减小;t_(b)对节点耗能能力影响最强,n和l次之,t_(d)影响最弱;4组节点的延性系数均大于3,且均为半刚性。结论该节点力学性能良好,笔者所提计算公式精度满足要求,可以用来预估所提节点初始转动刚度。 A simple and efficient modular connection joint is proposed for the 3 D parking garage structure, and its mechanical properties are analyzed.ABAQUS is used to analyze the influence of the end-plate thickness t_(d),the number of bolts at the connecting plate n,the thickness of the connecting plate t_(b)and the length of the short cantilever beam l on the mechanical properties of the joint by modelling.The component method is used to formulate the initial stiffness of the joint.The conclusion of the paper: the hysteresis performance of the joint can be improved respectively by increasing t_(d),n,t_(b)and l,and the effect of l is the most significant.t_(b)has basically no effect on its skeleton curve, and the ultimate bearing capacity of the joint will gradually improve with the enhancement of t_(d),n and l,meanwhile the degree of its improvement will decrease.t_(b)has the strongest influence on the energy dissipative capacity of the joint, followed by n and l,and the effect of t_(d)is the weakest.The ductility coefficients of four sets of joints are greater than 3,and they are all semi-rigid.The mechanical performance of the joint is good, and the comparison with the finite element results shows that the accuracy of the calculation formula meets the requirements and can be used to estimate the initial rotational stiffness of the proposed joint.
