深圳莲花立交桥改造设计中超薄沥青罩面的应用分析 被引量:1

Analysis on the Application of Ultra-thin Asphalt Overlay in the Reconstruction Design of Lianhua Interchange in Shenzhen

摘要 城市立交是城市交通系统中重要的构筑物,其上跨桥梁往往具有车流量大、速度快等特点,早期建设的城市立交桥梁又多以水泥混凝土桥面铺装形式为主。随着城市的发展,道路使用年限增加,原有桥面的路用性能不断降低;水泥混凝土路面带来的噪声问题已极大影响城区居民的生活品质。基于此,文章以深圳莲花立交桥道路改造设计项目为例,根据检测状况评价,选择超薄沥青罩面技术,从设计原则、桥面加铺方案、原材料设计三方面分析超薄沥青罩面工程设计,为后续类似改造工程设计提供参考。 Urban interchange is an important structure in urban traffic system. The bridges over it often have the characteristics of large traffic flow and fast speed. The early construction of urban interchange bridges is mainly in the form of cement concrete bridge pavement. With the development of the city, the service life of the road increases, the road performance of the original bridge pavement decreases continuously,and the noise problem caused by the cement concrete pavement has greatly affected living quality of urban residents. Based on this, this paper takes the Shenzhen Lianhua Interchange Reconstruction Project as an example,and selectes the ultra-thin asphalt overlay technology according to the evaluation of the testing conditions. It analyzes the ultra-thin asphalt overlay project design from three aspects of design principles, bridge deck overlay plan, and raw material design, which provides references for subsequent similar reconstruction projects.
