3种植物生长调节剂对高山杜鹃组培苗保存的影响 被引量:2

摘要 为探索不同植物生长调节剂对高山杜鹃延缓生长和抗逆性的影响,以红粉佳人、诺娃2种高山杜鹃组培苗为试验材料,在继代培养基中分别加入不同浓度的根皮苷、B9、PP333,研究延缓保存后组培苗的形态和生理响应。结果显示:最适宜红粉佳人生长的调节剂浓度为根皮苷2.5 mg/L、B92.5 mg/L、PP3332.5 mg/L;最适宜诺娃生长的调节剂浓度为根皮苷3.0 mg/L、B92.5 mg/L、PP3331.0 mg/L。在延缓生长保存期间,3种植物生长调节剂能明显抑制高山杜鹃组培苗的生长,其SOD活性和叶绿素含量随生长调节剂浓度的增加而提高,组培苗转入正常继代培养基后当代恢复生长良好。 In order to explore the effects of different plant growth regulators on the growth retardation and stress resistance of Rhododendron,the tissue culture seedlings of‘Red Pink Lady’and‘Nova’were used as experimental materials.Different concentrations of phloridzin,B9and PP333were added to the subculture medium to study the morphological and physiological responses of tissue culture seedlings after delayed preservation.The results showed that the concentrations of phlorizin 2.5 mg/L,B92.5 mg/L and PP3332.5 mg/L were the most suitable for the growth of‘Red Pink Lady’.The concentrations of phlorizin 3.0mg/L,B92.5 mg/L and PP3331.0 mg/L were the most suitable for the growth of‘Nova’.The three plant growth regulators could significantly inhibit the growth of the seedlings,and the SOD activity and the chlorophyll content increased with the increase of the growth regulator concentration during the period of delayed growth and preservation.After being transferred to the normal subculture medium,the growth of tissue culture seedlings was good.
