摘要
目的探讨针对性护理与双环学习理念在早发型重度子痫前期患者中的应用效果。方法将2018年6月—2020年6月在德阳市人民医院治疗的108例早发型重度子痫前期患者随机分组,对照组应用常规护理,试验组给予针对性护理与双环学习理念,观察比较2组血压水平、生活质量、母婴结局。结果护理后试验组收缩压(125.61±5.42)mm Hg、舒张压(85.71±2.71)mm Hg,较对照组均明显降低(P<0.05);护理后试验组精神状态(91.39±8.63)分、生理功能(88.93±5.76)分、健康情况(90.69±7.54)分,明显高于对照组(P<0.05);试验组剖宫产、新生儿窒息、早产、产后出血及胎儿窘迫发生率均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论早发型重度子痫前期患者应用针对性护理与双环学习理念可降低血压,提高生活质量,改善母婴结局。
Objective To explore the effect of targeted nursing and double loop learning in the nursing of patients with early-onset severe preeclampsia.Methods 108 patients with early-onset severe preeclampsia treated in our hospital from June 2018 to June 2020 were divided into two groups.The control group was treated with routine nursing,and the experimental group was given targeted nursing and double ring learning concept.The differences of blood pressure level,quality of life and maternal and infant outcomes between the two groups were observed and compared.Results After nursing,the systolic blood pressure(125.61±5.42)mmHg and diastolic blood pressure(85.71±2.71)mmHg in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);After nursing,the scores of mental state(91.39±8.63),physiological function(88.93±5.76)and health status(90.69±7.54)in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05);The incidence of cesarean section,neonatal asphyxia,premature delivery,postpartum hemorrhage and fetal distress in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of targeted nursing and double loop learning concept for patients with early-onset severe preeclampsia can reduce blood pressure,improve patients'quality of life and improve maternal and infant outcomes,which is worthy of popularization and application.
