摘要
提出一种三相重构逆变器故障诊断方法。当逆变器中的任一功率开关发生开路故障,首先计算直流侧中点电压及其与参考直流中点电压的偏差,根据直流侧中点电压偏差极性判定故障发生在上桥臂还是下桥臂的功率开关;其次重构逆变器拓扑;再次计算直流侧中点电压及其与参考直流中点电压的偏差,根据直流侧中点电压偏差极性判定故障发生在哪一相,从而最终确定发生故障的功率开关。通过仿真实验验证了该故障诊断方法的有效性及快速性。
A fault diagnosis method of three-phase reconfigurable inverter is proposed.When any power switch in the inverter has an open circuit fault,first calculate the DC side midpoint voltage and its deviation from the reference DC midpoint voltage,and determine whether the fault occurs in the power switch of the upper bridge arm or the lower bridge arm according to the polarity of the DC side midpoint voltage deviation.Secondly,reconstruct the inverter topology,calculate the DC side midpoint voltage and its deviation from the reference DC midpoint voltage again,and determine which phase the fault occurs according to the polarity of the DC side midpoint voltage deviation,so as to finally determine the failed power switch.The effectiveness and rapidity of the fault diagnosis method are verified by simulation experiments.
