摘要 为了提高农村公路危桥的改造建设水平,文章首先分析了农村危桥出现的主要原因,并从桥面系(桥面铺装、护栏)、混凝土病害、支座病害等方向分析了危桥病害成因。然后对梁桥和拱桥的常见改造加固方案进行经济性和技术性对比。最后以某上部结构为1 m×16 m钢筋混凝土T梁的农村公路危桥为工程实例进行分析,确定了设计原则和加固方案,即粘贴钢板加固法,阐述了改造施工流程及注意事项,并从加固前和加固后两个阶段来进行抗弯承载力验算,以评价其安全性和加固效果。 In order to improve the reconstruction level of dangerous bridges on rural highways, this paper first analyzes the main reasons for the emergence of rural dangerous bridges, and analyzes the causes of dangerous bridge diseases from the aspects of bridge deck system( bridge deck pavement, guardrail), concrete diseases and bearing diseases, etc. Then, the economic and technical comparison of the common reconstruction and reinforcement schemes of beam bridges and arch bridges is carried out. Finally, taking a rural highway bridge with a superstructure of 1 m × 16m reinforced concrete T-beam as an engineering example,the design principle and reinforcement scheme, namely the bonding steel plate reinforcement method, are determined.The construction process and precautions are expounded,and the flexural bearing capacity is checked from the two stages before and after reinforcement to evaluate its safety and reinforcement effect.
