摘要
目的 分析痔疮手术后采用不同剂量中药复方黄柏液熏洗治疗对创面水肿、术后疼痛等影响。方法选取2021年1月-7月广东惠阳三和医院收治的50例痔疮患者,均行选择性痔上黏膜吻合术(TST)微创手术治疗,依照就诊时间将其分为2组,各25例。对照组予以50 m L复方黄柏液治疗,研究组予以150 m L复方黄柏液治疗,观察2组术后水肿、疼痛情况、恢复时间、治疗效果。结果 术后当天2组患者肛缘水肿评分对比,无统计学差异(P>0.05);研究组术后3 d、7 d评分显著低于对照组,差异显著(P<0.05)。2组术后当天VAS评分无统计学差异(P>0.05);研究组术后3 d、7 d的VAS评分均显著低于对照组,差异显著(P<0.05)。研究组创面恢复时间以及住院时间均短于对照组(P<0.05);研究组的临床治疗有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 痔疮患者接受TST微创手术后采用高剂量中药复方黄柏液熏洗,相比于低剂量用药更有助于减轻肛缘水肿程度,缓解术后疼痛,提高治疗效果,值得推广。
Objective To analyze the effects of fumigation and washing with different doses of Chinese herbal compound Phellodendron amurense liquid after hemorrhoid surgery on wound edema and postoperative pain. Methods From January 2021 to July 2021,50 patients with hemorrhoids were admitted to our hospital.All of them underwent selective supra-hemorrhoid anastomosis(TST)minimally invasive surgery.They were divided into two groups according to the time of treatment,with 25 cases in each group. The control group was treated with 50m L of compound Huangbaiye,and the study group was treated with 150m L of compound Huangbaiye.The postoperative edema and pain were observed in the two groups.Results There was no significant difference in the scores of anal marginal edema between the two groups on the postoperative day(P>0.05);the scores of the study group were significantly lower than those of the control group on the3rd and 7th day after surgery,with significant difference(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between the VAS scores of the study group and the control group on the day after operation(P>0.05);while the VAS scores of the study group were significantly lower than those of the control group on the 3rd and 7th day after operation,the difference was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion After minimally invasive surgery for hemorrhoids,patients with hemorrhoids are fumigated and washed with high-dose Chinese herbal compound Huangbai liquid.Compared with low-dose medicine,the former is more helpful to reduce the degree of anal marginal edema and relieve postoperative pain. It is worthy of promotion.
