Current situation analysis of left bundle branch pacing

摘要 起搏器植入术是治疗缓慢性心律失常的有效手术方式。传统的起搏方式为右心室心尖部起搏和右室间隔起搏,此类起搏方式会导致心肌电活动和机械活动收缩不同步,增加心衰和心律失常的风险。而希氏束起搏和左束支起搏(LBBP)则解决了左、右心室电和机械活动不同步的问题。本文就LBBP的现状作一综述。 Pacemaker implantation is an effective operation way to treat chronic arrhythmia. Traditional pacing pattern include right ventricular apical pacing and right ventricular septal pacing, which can cause electrical and mechanical activity of myocardium contraction desynchrony, increasing risk of heart failure and arrhythmia. His bundle pacing and left bundle branch pacing(LBBP) solve problem of electrical and mechanical activity desynchrony between left and right ventricles. The present article makes a review on current situation of LBBP.
