摘要 从医院建筑机电系统智慧运维的实际需求出发,基于数字孪生技术建设一个智慧运维平台,实现对建筑机电系统的真实三维描述、数字模型与机电系统运维的信息融合,并在医院建筑机电系统运维管理场景下进行应用实践,为管理者提供了全感知、全空间、全服务的智慧化管理服务,从而降低运维管理成本、提高设备运维效率。 Starting from the actual needs of intelligent operation and maintenance of hospital building electromechanical equipment,this paper builds an intelligent operation and maintenance platform based on digital twin technology to realize the real THREE-DIMENSIONAL expression of building electromechanical system,realize the information fusion of digital model and operation and maintenance of building equipment,and carry out application practice in the operation and maintenance management scene of hospital building electromechanical equipment.It provides intelligent management services of full perception,full space and full service for the operation and maintenance managers of hospital building electromechanical system,thus reducing operation and maintenance management costs and improving equipment operation and maintenance efficiency.
