摘要
目的 探讨心理弹性在军队医院合同护士个人-组织契合度与主观幸福感间的作用,为提高护士主观幸福感提供理论依据。方法 该研究为横断面研究设计,于2021年11-12月采用护士个人-组织契合度量表、心理弹性量表和总体幸福感量表对374名护士进行调查研究。结果 军队医院合同护士个人-组织契合度得分为(4.51±0.55)分,心理弹性得分为(3.71±0.57)分,主观幸福感得分为(79.02±14.41)分;心理弹性与主观幸福感显著相关(r=0.487,P<0.01),个人-组织契合度与主观幸福感(r=0.323,P<0.01)、心理弹性(r=0.232,P<0.01)均呈显著正相关。心理弹性在护士个人-组织契合度与主观幸福感间起部分中介作用,中介效应所占比例为31.32%。结论 心理弹性在护士个人-组织契合度与主观幸福感间起中介作用,提高护士个人-组织契合度和心理弹性水平有助于提升护士主观幸福感。
Objective To explore the effect of mental resilience between person-organization fit and subjective well-being of contract nurses in military hospitals, and to provide theoretical basis for improving nurses′ subjective well-being.Methods The study was designed as a cross-sectional study.From November to December, 2021,a total of 374 nurses were surveyed using the Nurse Person-Organization Fit Scale, Mental Resilience Scale and Ggeneral Well-being Scale.Results The scores of person-organization fit, mental resilience and subjective well-being of the contract nurses in military hospital were(4.51±0.55),(3.71±0.57),(79.02±14.41) scores, respectively.There was a significant correlation between mental resilience and subjective well-being(r=0.487,P<0.01),and a significant positive correlation between person-organization fit and subjective well-being(r=0.323,P<0.01),and mental resilience(r=0.232,P<0.01).Mental resilience played a partial mediating role in the relationship between person-organization fit and subjective well-being, accounting for 31.32%.Conclusion Mental resilience plays a mediating role in the relationship between nurses′ person-organization fit and subjective well-being.Improving the level of nurses′ person-organization fit and mental resilience can improve nurses′ subjective well-being.
