摘要
电推进和电驱动系统的共模电压不仅会增加轴电流导致电机寿命降低,还会影响系统的电磁兼容性。论文根据矢量合成的方法,重点对比研究空间矢量脉宽调制(SVPWM)、主动零状态脉宽调制(AZSPWM)、近态脉宽调制(NSPWM)以及变载波极性的三次谐波注入脉宽调制(THISPWMBACP)四种典型斩波策略下高低频共模电压的典型规律。分析结果表明,在高频共模电压抑制方面,AZSPWM、NSPWM和THISPWMBACP具有优势;在低频共模电压抑制方面,NSPWM和THISPWMBACP具有优势;在调制范围方面,SVPWM、AZSPWM和THISPWMBACP具有优势。最后,通过试验对分析结果进行了验证。
The common mode voltage(CMV) of electric propulsion and electric drive systems will not only increase shaft current and reduce motor life, but also affect the electromagnetic compatibility of the system. According to the method of vector synthesis, the paper focused on the comparative study of high and low frequency CMV under Space Vector Pulse Width Modulation(SVPWM), Active-Zero-State Pulse Width Modulation(AZSPWM), Near-State Pulse Width Modulation(NSPWM) and Third Harmonic Injection State Pulse Width Modulation based on Alternating Carrier Polarity(THISPWMBACP). The analysis results show that AZSPWM, NSPWM and THISPWMBACP have advantages in high frequency CMV rejection. NSPWM and THISPWMBACP have advantages in low frequency CMV rejection. SVPWM, AZSPWM and THISPWMBACP have advantages in modulation range. Finally, the analysis results were verified by experiments.
