摘要
为了提高ZY10000/22/45D型液压支架的安全性和动作效率,将供回液系统的设计原则和工作面实际情况相结合,设计了一套供回液系统。该供回液系统的设计由网络结构选型、乳化液泵站功能设计、过滤装置设计、高压胶管选型等部分组成。
In order to improve the safety and action efficiency of ZY10000/22/45D hydraulic support, a set of liquid supply and return system is designed by combining the design principle of liquid supply and return system with the actual situation of the working face. The design of the liquid supply and return system consists of network structure selection, emulsion pump station function design, filter device design, high-pressure hose selection and so on.
