摘要
目的探讨医护协同护理管理在肺癌化疗患者中的应用效果。方法采用便利抽样选取临沂市肿瘤医院2018年6月—2021年6月收治的102例肺癌化疗患者,采用随机数字表法将其分为观察组和对照组各51例。对照组给予常规护理,观察组予以医护协同护理管理。比较两组患者干预前后的癌因性疲乏、自护能力以及护理满意度。结果干预前两组癌因性疲乏评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后两组癌因性疲乏评分均降低,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预前两组自护能力评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后两组自护能力评分均升高,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后观察组患者总满意率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论医护协同护理管理可以缓解肺癌化疗患者的癌因性疲乏程度,提升其自护能力和护理满意度,有利于建立良好的医患关系,具有一定的临床应用价值。
Objective To explore the effect of doctor-nurse cooperative nursing management in lung cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy.Methods From June 2018 to June 2021,a total of 102 lung cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy in Linyi Cancer Hospital were enrolled and divided into the observation group and the control group by the random number table method,with 51 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing management,and the observation group conducted doctor-nurse cooperative nursing management.Cancer-related fatigue,self-care ability,and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups before and after discharge.Results Before discharge,there was no significant difference in the scores of cancer-related fatigue between the two groups(P>0.05).After discharge,the cancer-related fatigue scores of the two groups decreased,and the score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before discharge,there was no significant difference in the scores of self-care ability between the two groups(P>0.05).After discharge,the self-care ability scores of the two groups increased,and the score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After discharge,the nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions Doctor-nurse cooperative nursing management can alleviate cancer-related fatigue in lung cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy,improve their self-care ability and nursing satisfaction,facilitate the establishment of a good doctor-patient relationship,which has a high value of clinical application.
