摘要
通过对中美中小学运动健康教育现状的比较研究,结合中国学校运动健康教育开展的教育环境分析,借鉴和吸收美国运动健康教育开展的有益经验,期冀能对我国中小学运动健康教育的开展有所启示。运用文献资料法、比较研究法等研究方法,分析中国与美国学校运动健康教育的相关研究与政策。主要对中美中小学运动健康教育实施主体、教学内容、教学方式以及教师教育四个方面进行了比较,分析两国运动健康教育开展的基本情况,提出如下建议:制定专业的运动健康教育教师标准,提升体育教师的运动健康教育能力,开展青少年健康行为风险调查,构建综合性学校健康促进计划。
Through the comparative study of health education in primary and secondary schools in China and America,combined with the analysis of the educational environment of health education in Chinese schools,we can learn from and absorb the beneficial experience of health education in America,in order to provide enlightenment for the development of health education in primary and secondary schools in China.To analyze the related research and policy of school health education in China and America with the methods of literature review and comparative study.Mainly for primary and middle schools of China and America health education subject,teaching contents and ways of implementation and teachers’education four aspects has carried on the comparison,analysis of health education to carry out the basic situation of the two countries,put forward the following suggestions:improving sports teachers’health education ability,in adolescent health risk behavior survey,building a comprehensive school health promotion programs,and standards for the professional health education teachers.
