废线路板非金属材料资源化再生技术现状 被引量:3

摘要 废线路板作为电子产品的废弃物,数量与日俱增,废线路板中的金属材料由于较高的附加值已被深入研究回收再利用。废线路板非金属材料由于附加值低,且含有有毒有害物质,对其在资源化再生研究相对较少,如果回收处理不当,会对环境产生二次污染,目前对其再生方式研究主要包括化学法和物理法。本文就废线路板非金属材料的资源化再生现状进行了阐述,分析了常见的再生技术方法及优缺点,并对再生设备的发展提出建议。 As the waste of electronic products, the number of waste printed circuit boards is increasing day by day. The metal materials in waste printed circuit boards have been deeply studied for recycling due to their high added value. Due to its low added value and toxic and harmful substances, the waste circuit board non-metallic materials have relatively little research on recycling. If they are not recycled properly, they will cause secondary pollution to the environment. At present, the research on their recycling methods mainly includes chemical and physical methods. In this paper, the status quo of recycling of non-metallic materials from waste PCB is described, the common recycling technology methods, advantages and disadvantages are analyzed, and suggestions for the development of recycling equipment are put forward.
