摘要
目的:建立不同产地威灵仙的HPLC指纹图谱,并结合化学模式识别方法对其进行分析与评价。方法:采用超声水提取,进行HPLC分析,以4个产地的13批威灵仙药材为样本,建立其HPLC指纹图谱。采用《中药色谱指纹图谱相似度评价系统》、聚类分析、主成分分析和正交偏最小二乘法分析等化学计量学方法对其进行评价。结果:所建立的13批威灵仙HPLC指纹图谱共标定4个共有峰,相似度分析结果显示,13批威灵仙药材特征性一致;聚类分析和主成分分析结果显示,13批威灵仙药材被分为两类,一类是东北铁线莲,另一类是威灵仙。结论:本研究建立的威灵仙HPLC指纹图谱能快速、科学、准确地应用到威灵仙的质量评价。
Objective: To establish the HPLC fingerprint of Clematidis Radix from different habitatis, and to analyze and evaluate by chemical pattern recognition method. METHODS: Ultrasonic water extraction was carried out for HPLC analysis, and 13 batches of Clematidis Radix from 4 producing areas were used as samples to establish HPLC fingerprints. The Similarity Evaluation System of TCM chromatographic fingerprints, cluster analysis, principal component analysis and orthogonal partial least square analysis were used to evaluate the Clematidis Radix. Results: The established HPLC fingerprints of 13 batches of Clematidis Radix identified four common peaks, and the similarity analysis results showed that the characteristics of the 13 batches of Clematidis Radix were consistent. The results of cluster analysis and principal component analysis showed that the 13 batches of herbs were divided into two categories, one was Clematis manshurica Rupr. and the other was Clematis chinensis Osbeck. Conclusion: The HPLC fingerprint established in this study can be quickly, scientifically and accurately applied to the quality evaluation of Clematidis Radix.
