摘要
[目的/意义]网络环境中的舆论极化与语言腐败存在共生现象,会破坏网络信息内容生态,引发网络安全风险。分析其共生关系,掌握二者相互作用机制,是对其进行有效治理的前提。[方法/过程]对舆论极化与语言腐败的现实表征划分层面进行梳理和案例调研及分析,划分出两类共生现象并归纳出四条作用链路,总结出各链路的运行规律,阐明了二者共生现象对网络信息内容生态造成的具体影响。[结果/结论]网络信息内容生态下舆论极化与语言腐败存在“啮合传动”的共生关系,会形成互为因果、彼此促进的正反馈调节。治理时要国家、平台、用户协同参与,依据其规律从预防、应对、善后方面进行全流程管理,打造纵横交错的治理体系以保护网络安全、清朗网络空间。
[Purpose/significance] There is a symbiotic phenomenon between public opinion polarization and language corruption in the online information content ecosystem,which may destroy the online information content ecosystem and cause cyber security risks. Analyzing the symbiosis and grasping the mechanism of their interaction is a premise for effective management.[Method/process] This paper sorts out the realistic representation of public opinion polarization and language corruption according to different levels,as well as conducts investigation and analysis of cases. Two kinds of symbiosis phenomena are divided and four functional links are summarized,the operation rules of each link are concluded,and the concrete impact of the symbiosis phenomena on the online information content ecosystem is clarified. [Result/conclusion] There is a symbiotic relationship of “meshing transmission”between public opinion polarization and language corruption in the online information content ecosystem,which will form a positive feedback regulation that is mutually causal and promoting. In the process of governance,the country,platform and users ought to participate in cooperation. According to its rules,the whole process of management should be carried out from the aspects of prevention,response and follow-up,so as to create a criss-cross governance system to protect cybersecurity and clean up cyberspace.
