摘要
推动经济高质量发展是新时期沿边经济发展的关键,文章从东北地区出发,引入沿边省份的独特区位优势,通过“创新发展”“协调发展”“绿色发展”“开放发展”“共享发展”五个维度构建黑龙江省经济高质量发展评价体系,利用“熵权-TOPSIS”法对2001-2019年相关数据进行测度。结果表明,引入区位优势后的黑龙江省经济高质量发展指数稳定增长,且与GDP时序变化高度契合。其中,协调发展指数与绿色发展指数处于持续增长阶段,创新发展指数、共享发展指数与开放发展指数亟需优化调整。
Promoting economic development of high-quality is the key to the economic development of border areas in the new period.Starting from the northeast China,this paper introduces the unique geographical advantages of border provinces,create the evaluation system of high quality and economic development in Heilongjiang Province from five aspects,including innovation development,harmonious development,green development,open development and shared development,and uses"entropy weight-TOPSIS"method to measure the relevant data from 2001 to 2019.The results show that the high quality economic development index of Heilongjiang Province increases stably after the introduction of geographical advantage,and it is highly consistent with the time series change of GDP.Among them,the coordinated development index and green development index are in the stage of continuous growth,and the innovation development index,shared development index and open development index need to be optimized and adjusted.
