摘要 石花菜是一种具有很高的经济效益和研究价值的红藻,在我国沿海海域十分常见。本文归纳了石花菜的生物学性质、功能性成分、药理作用和应用、食品资源与加工以及石花菜加工产业的现状,为石花菜的进一步高价值开发与利用提供理论依据。 Gelidium amansii is a kind of red algae with very high economic benefits and research value. It is very common in coastal sea area of China. In this paper, the biological properties, functional components, pharmacological effects and applications, food resources and processing, as well as the present situation of the processing industry of cauliflower were summarized, so as to provide theoretical basis for further high-value development and utilization of cauliflower.
