摘要
随着医疗手段越来越多样化,医用耗材的消耗量逐年增加,合理规范医用耗材的管理不仅可以提供足够的耗材,还可以降低管理成本,减轻医院库存压力。因此,医用耗材的精细化管理在一定程度上减轻了患者的负担和医院的运行成本。本文针对某医院医用耗材管理存在的问题,从耗材的准入和库房管理两个方面对医用耗材的精细化管理进行了研究,并提出了相关建议。
With the increasing diversification of medical means,the consumption of medical consumables is increasing year by year,and reasonable standardization of the management of medical consumables can not only provide sufficient consumables,but also reduce management costs and relieve the pressure of hospital inventory.Therefore,the refined management of medical consumables relieves the burden of patients and the operating costs of hospitals to a certain extent.Aiming at the problems existing in the management of medical consumables in a hospital,this paper studies the refined management of medical consumables from two aspects:access to consumables and warehouse management,and puts forward relevant suggestions.
