摘要
目的观察妇炎Ⅰ号灌肠联合穴位低频电刺激治疗输卵管通而不畅或伞端轻度粘连患者的效果。方法选取2020年7月至2021年6月就诊于江西省中西医结合医院的60例输卵管通而不畅或伞端轻度粘连患者,按照随机数字表法将其分为A组和B组,每组各30例,A组采用妇炎Ⅰ号灌肠治疗,B组采用妇炎Ⅰ号灌肠联合穴位低频电刺激治疗,比较两组患者治疗后的输卵管通畅程度及腹痛缓解情况、妊娠等情况。结果B组患者的治疗总有效率高于A组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗前,两组患者的视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后,两组患者的VAS评分均低于本组治疗前,且B组低于A组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);B组患者妊娠情况优于A组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);B组输卵管通畅程度优于A组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论妇炎Ⅰ号灌肠联合穴位低频电刺激对输卵管通而不畅或伞端轻度粘连患者具有显著疗效,可显著改善患者腹痛及妊娠情况。
Objective To observe the effect of FuyanⅠenema combined with low frequency electrical stimulation at acupoint in the treatment of tubal obstruction or mild adhesion at the end of the tube.Methods From July 2020 to June 2021,a total of 60 patients with tubal obstruction or mild adhesion of the bilium were selected from Jiangxi Hospital of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine.According to random number table method,they were divided into group A and group B,with 30 cases in each group.Group A was treated with FuyanⅠenema,and group B was treated with FuyanⅠenema combined with low frequency electrical stimulation at acupoints.The degree of tubal patency,abdominal pain relief and pregnancy were compared between the two groups after treatment.Results The total effective rate of group B was higher than that of group A,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in visual analogue scale(VAS)score between two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,VAS scores of two groups were lower than those before treatment,and VAS score in group B was lower than that in group A,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The pregnancy condition of group B was better than that of group A,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The patency of tubal in group B was better than that in group A,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion FuyanⅠenema combined with low frequency electrical stimulation at acupoints has a significant effect on the patients with obstructed tubal passage or mild adhesion of the end of the tube,and can significantly improve the abdominal pain and pregnancy.
