摘要
目的探究长沙市社区护士慢性伤口护理知识水平现状及主要影响因素。方法于2022年1月至3月,采用一般资料问卷及社区护士慢性伤口护理知识问卷对分别来自长沙市18所社区卫生机构的213名社区护士进行调查,分析慢性伤口护理知识水平,采用多元线性回归分析影响因素。结果长沙市社区护士慢性伤口护理知识总得分为(65.41±14.64)分。多元线性回归分析结果显示,年龄(β=8.415,t=2.513,P=0.014)、参加市级及以上的伤口护理培训(β=1.720,t=2.857,P=0.005)、接触慢性伤口频数(β=2.410,t=2.140,P=0.037)、有湿性愈合方法处理慢性伤口经验(β=-8.130,t=-3.619,P<0.001)是长沙市社区护士慢性伤口护理知识现状的主要影响因素。结论长沙市社区护士慢性伤口护理知识水平偏低,社区医院管理者应积极为社区护士参加伤口护理培训创造机会,重视年轻护士在伤口领域的继续教育培训,提高其慢性伤口护理知识水平。
Objective To explore the current situation and main influencing factors of chronic wound nursing knowledge of community nurses in Changsha.Methods From January to March 2022,213 community nurses from 18 community health institutions in Changsha were investigated by general information questionnaire and chronic wound nursing knowledge questionnaire.The knowledge level of chronic wound nursing was analyzed,and the influencing factors were analyzed by multiple linear regression.Results The total score of chronic wound care knowledge of community nurses in Changsha city was(65.41±14.64)points.Multiple linear regression analysis results show that age(β=8.415,t=2.513,P=0.014),participation in municipal wound care training or above(β=1.720,t=2.857,P=0.005),frequency of chronic wound exposure(β=2.410,t=2.140,P=0.037),wet healing treatment of chronic wounds experience(β=-8.130,t=-3.619,P<0.001)were the main influencing factors of chronic wound nursing knowledge of community nurses in Changsha.Conclusion The knowledge level of chronic wound care of community nurses in Changsha is low.The managers of community hospitals should actively create opportunities for community nurses to participate in wound care training,pay attention to the continuing education and training of young nurses in the field of wound,and improve their knowledge level of chronic wound care.
