摘要
目的对比分析《肘后备急方》(以下简称《肘后方》)中生姜与干姜的用药规律,为临床规范用药提供参考。方法收集《肘后方》中所包含生姜、干姜的复方,对药物组成进行数据整理及规范化处理,录入建立相应数据库,应用中医传承辅助平台软件(V2.5)对数据库进行方剂归纳、治疗病症、剂型分类、药物配伍等方面整理分析。结果《肘后方》组方精简,大多不超过3味药。生姜组成方以汤剂为主多用于治疗内科急症、危重症,体现了该书“救急”的特点,而干姜组成方以丸、散剂为主,多用于治疗慢性、虚损性疾患,且干姜组成方较生姜组成方治疗疾病谱更广,二者均与解表药、温补药配伍,但生姜还与化痰药配伍。虽均与温里药相配伍,但温中降逆与温中散寒各有侧重。结论证实了生姜、干姜在《肘后方》中具有各自独特的用药规律,二者主治、剂型、配伍的差异与其功效、性能的差异密切相关,同时佐证了《肘后方》与《伤寒杂病论》一脉相承的特点,故临证应杜绝混乱使用生姜、干姜的现象。
Objective In order to provide reference for clinical standardized drug use,this paper analyzed the medication rule of fresh ginger and dried ginger in Zhou Hou Bei Ji Fang(hereinafter referred to as Zhou Hou Fang).Methods First of all,the compound fresh ginger or dried ginger contained in Zhou Hou Fang should be collected,and then the data of drug composition should be sorted out and standardized processing,and the corresponding database should be entered into.Then,the database can be sorted out and analyzed in terms of prescription induction,treatment of symptoms,dosage form classification,drug compatibility and other aspects through the application of TCM inheritance auxiliary platform software(V2.5).Results There are no more than 3 kinds of medicines in Zhou Hou Fang,which reflects the simplification of prescription medicine.Fresh ginger decoction is mainly used to treat medical emergencies and critical diseases,which embodies the characteristics of"emergency rescue"in the book.The dried ginger prescription is mainly composed of pills and powder,which is mainly used for the treatment of chronic and deficiency diseases,and the dried ginger prescription has a wider spectrum of diseases than fresh ginger prescription.Both of them are compatible with relieving the exterior and warming tonic,but ginger is also compatible with removing phlegm drugs.Although they are compatible with warm medicine,they have their own emphasis on reducing inverse and dispersing cold respectively.Conclusion It is confirmed that fresh ginger and dried ginger have their own unique rules of medicine in Zhou Hou Fang,the differences in indications,dosage forms and compatibility of the two are closely related to the differences in efficacy and performance,and it also proves the characteristics of Zhou Hou Fang and Shang Han Za Bing Lun in the same line.Therefore,the use of fresh ginger and dried ginger should be put an end to confusion.
