摘要
通过对MQ200变速器壳体结构特点及工艺性分析,并借助AnyCasting软件进行CAE流场数值模拟分析。基于工艺设计和模拟结果,进行压铸模结构设计。浇注系统采用“Y”型填充结构,搭接式内浇口;型腔设计为拼接结构,便于制造、维修;导向机构采用方导柱导套结构,保证模具在热膨胀下的导向精度。针对填充末端和局部厚大处设计局部增压结构,以减少铸件缩孔缺陷的产生。
MQ200 gear-housing characteristics and its process analysis were analyzed and the flow field analysis was performed by the AnyCasting software. According to process design and simulation analysis, die-casting mould structure was designed.The gating system was adopted as “Y” filling way with overlap-joint ingate. According to function requirement to design part of cavity as overlap-joint construction, it was easy to manufacturing and repair. The guide system was set symmetrically as angular guide pillar and sleeve at 4-angles of mould in order to ensure guide accuracy under thermal expansion. Aiming at the end of filling system and part of over-thick area, local pressurized structure was designed to reduce shrinkage porosity defect.
