摘要
近几年,食品安全问题依然是人们热议的话题之一,很多食品加工企业会因为利益问题而忽视我国的食品安全法律,以次充好、滥用添加剂等问题仍然较为突出,这对于我国食品市场的规范发展以及社会的稳定性来说都是非常不利的。因此,我国相关部门必须要建立更加完善的食品安全检验检测评估体系,并且积极应用大数据等先进技术提高食品安全检验检测体系的工作效率和质量,为建设规范化的食品安全市场打好基础。本文分析了大数据技术的应用对食品安全检验检测评估体系构建的重要性以及当前食品检验检测评估体系存在的问题,并且提出了针对性措施,以供参考。
In recent years, the issue of food safety is still one of the hot topics. Many food processing enterprises will ignore China’s food safety laws because of their interests. Problems such as shoddy food and abuse of additives are still prominent, which is very unfavorable for the standardized development of China’s food market and the stability of society. Therefore, relevant departments in China must establish a more perfect food safety inspection,detection and evaluation system, and actively apply advanced technologies such as big data to improve the efficiency and quality of the food safety inspection and detection system, so as to lay a good foundation for building a standardized food safety market. This paper analyzes the importance of the application of big data technology to the construction of the food safety inspection, detection and evaluation system and the problems existing in the current food inspection, detection and evaluation system, and proposes targeted measures for reference.
