身体观视阈下五官运动在体育课准备活动中的应用研究

摘要 文章通过文献资料法和对比分析法等研究方法,分析当前体育课准备活动的开展现状,以身体观的视角,探讨五官运动在体育课准备活动中的应用。研究目的:一方面,丰富体育课的准备活动的内容,提高创新性和趣味性;另一方面,对五官运动体系进行完善,提高系统性和科学性。研究结果:五官运动和体育课准备活动都具有层次性和灵活性的运动特点;两者能够有机结合,存在共生共存的促进关系。眼部运动与颈部运动相结合能够有效感知眼部和颈部运动轨迹,使得关节得到充分运动;鼻、耳、面和躯干及全身运动结合,能够使得动作形象化和具体化,增加准备活动的趣味性和创新性;口、齿、舌与四肢运动相结合配合发声,增加声音的刺激,具有相互促进作用,更加愉悦身心;五官运动在体育课准备活动中的运用,对学生五官感知的行为教育具有显著效果。 Through the research methods of literature and comparative analysis,this paper analyzes the current situation of physical education preparation activities,and discusses the application of facial features in physical education preparation activities from the perspective of body view.Research purposes:on the one hand,enrich the content of physical education preparation activities and improve innovation and interest;On the other hand,improve the five senses movement system to improve its systematic and scientific development.The results show that both the five senses movement and the preparatory activities of physical education have the characteristics of hierarchy and flexibility;The two can be organically combined,and there is a promoting relationship of symbiosis and coexistence.The combination of eye movement and neck movement can effectively perceive the trajectory of eye and neck movement,so that the joints can be fully moved;The combination of nose,ear,face,trunk and whole body movement can make the movement visualized and specific,and increase the interest and innovation of preparation activities;The combination of mouth,teeth,tongue and limb movement can increase the stimulation of sound,promote each other,and make the body and mind more pleasant;The application of five sense movement in physical education preparation activities has a significant effect on the behavior education of students’five sense perception.Characteristic Innovation:it is the first time to apply the five senses movement to the preparatory activities of physical education from the perspective of body view.
