摘要
为提高烧结混合料的制粒性能、改善料层透气性、提高烧结生产率,研究了混合料水分和生石灰用量对制粒效果的影响,以及烧结机宽度方向、混合料水分和九辊布料参数对布料效果的影响。结果表明,烧结一次混合料水分受原料波动影响大、制粒过程尚未明显发生。烧结二次混合料经转运及在混合料仓中的堆储,混合料“准颗粒”遭到一定程度破坏、-0.5 mm粒级含量提高,对烧结过程非常不利,通过配加适宜生石灰和二混水分强化制粒,能够提高混合料粒度。采用圆辊给料器和九辊布料器组合布料,适当提高混合料水分、九辊转速和九辊布料器倾角对混合料粒度偏析程度提高有利,为烧结稳定高产提供了支撑。
In order to improve the granulation performance of sintering mixture,improve the permeability of material layer and increase the sintering productivity,the effects of mixture moisture and quicklime dosage on granulation effect,as well as the effects of width direction of the sintering machine,mixture moisture and nine-roll distribution parameters on distribution effect were studied.The results show that the moisture of primary mixing ore in sintering is greatly affected by the fluctuation of raw materials,which is not obvious in the granulation process.The secondary mixing ore in sintering is transferred and stockpiled in the mixed ore bin,the"quasi-particle"of mixed ore is damaged to some extent,and the number of-0.5mm particle size is increased,which is very unfavorable to the sintering process.Particle size of the mixed ore can be improved by adding suitable quicklime and increasing water in secondary mixing to strengthen granulation.The combination of roller feeder and nine-roller distributor is adopted,and the appropriate increase of the moisture of mixed ore,speed and inclination of nine-roller distributor is beneficial to the improvement of particle size segregation of the mixed ore,which provides supports for the stable and high-yield sintering production.
