基于FDC2214的原油含水体积分数测量系统 被引量:1

摘要 针对现有原油含水体积分数测量方法中存在的问题,设计了电容法原油含水体积分数测量系统。该系统根据平行板电容器的测量原理,通过使用FDC2214配合对臂式电极结构,在研究试验中进行了原油含水体积分数的实时测量。研究结果表明:FDC2214传感器测量含水体积分数的方法可以满足原油含水体积分数实时在线测量的需要,利用介电常数与含水体积分数之间的对数模型,加入温度补偿模型,减少温度对介电常数的影响,最后得到较好的拟合公式以测量原油的含水体积分数;在实际应用过程中应尽量使用管径较小的油管,减小边缘效应对测量结果的影响;该测量系统可对噪声和干扰进行高度抑制。所得结论可为实时掌握石油产量和预测石油开采时机提供数据支撑。 It is very important to find a reasonable method to measure the water volume fraction of crude oil.By using the capacitance method, according to the measurement principle of parallel plate capacitor, FDC2214 with opposite arm electrode structure was used to measure the water volume fraction of crude oil in real time.The results show that the method with FDC2214 sensor to measure the water volume fraction can meet the requirements of real-time online measurement.The addition of temperature compensation model into the logarithmic model between dielectric constant and water volume fraction reduces the influence of temperature on the dielectric constant, and finally a desirable fitting formula is obtained for the measurement of the water volume fraction of crude oil.In actual applications, the tubing with smaller diameter should be used to reduce the influence of edge effect on the measurement results.The measurement system can highly suppress the noise and interference.The conclusions provide data support for the awareness of oil production in real time and prediction of oil exploitation opportunity.
