复合地层越江大直径地铁隧道盾构地层适应性风险及选型分析 被引量:5

Analysis of Stratigraphic Adaptability Risk and Large Diameter Shield Type Selection for River-crossing Subway Tunnel with Composite Stratum

摘要 盾构法施工具有速度快、扰动小、劳动强度低等优点,被广泛运用于隧道工程建设中。对不同的工程而言,其地层环境一般都不同,盾构机选型的地层适应性是决定施工是否顺利的关键因素。这在复合地层和高水压环境下施工时更为明显。依托武汉地铁某大直径越江隧道,通过对穿越地层和水文条件特征的分析,识别出本区间显著存在的开挖面失稳、刀盘磨损以及密封失效等适应性风险,在此基础上针对刀盘系统、推进驱动系统和密封系统进行了选型结果分析。分析结果表明,当前盾构选型在此区间内地层适应性良好、作业效率高、有利于施工控制。 Shield construction has the advantages of fast speed,small disturbance and low labor intensity,and is widely used in tunnel engineering construction.For different projects,the stratum environment is generally different,and the stratum adaptability of shield machine selection is the key factor to determine whether the construction is smooth.This is more obvious in the construction of composite strata and high water pressure environment.Relying on a large-diameter river-crossing tunnel of Wuhan Metro,through the analysis of the characteristics of the traversing stratum and hydrological conditions,this paper identifies the obvious adaptability risks such as excavation face instability,cutter head wear and seal failure in this interval.The analysis and demonstration of the selection results are carried out for the cutter head system,the propulsion drive system and the sealing system.The analysis results show that the current shield type selection has good stratum adaptability,high operating efficiency,and is conducive to construction control within this interval.
