摘要
目的分析近20年基因组学在血脂异常领域的研究热点。方法检索Web of Science核心数据库2004年1月1日至2021年7月30日期间收录的相关文献,对发文量、作者、被引期刊、相关学科、国家、机构、关键词等应用CiteSpace5.8.R1软件进行可视化分析。结果共检索出文献1032篇,近20年发文量整体呈上升趋势,发文量最多的为P Pajukanta团队,被引量最多的期刊为Journal of Biological Chemistry,主要与分子生物学、心血管系统等学科关系密切,美国和中国的研究最多。出现频率较多的关键词为“动脉粥样硬化”、“心血管疾病”、“代谢综合征”等;关键词聚类可大致分为四个方向:分子生物学、病理生理机制、脂质分类、相关疾病;关键词突现显示前十年的研究集中在家族性混合型高脂血症、连锁分析易感性位点等,近十年转为DNA甲基化、MicroRNA、炎症、胰岛素抵抗、全基因组关联等。结论DNA甲基化、MicroRNA、mRNA控制和改变基因表达,从而介导炎症、胰岛素抵抗、氧化应激、细胞凋亡等病理生理机制研究为基因组学在血脂异常领域的研究热点。
Objective To analyze the research hotspots of Genomics Research in the Field of dyslipidemia in recent 20 years.Methods To visually analyze the number of publications,authors,journals,related disciplines,countries,institutions,and keywords collected in the Web of Science core database from January 1,2004,to July 30,2021,based on Citespace5.8.R1.Results A total of 1032 papers were retrieved,and the number of papers published in the past 20 years showed an overall upward trend.The most published author was the P Pajukanta team,and the most cited Journal was the Journal of Biological Chemistry,which is closely related to molecular biology,cardiovascular system,and other disciplines.The United States and China did the most research.Keywords with high frequency were"atherosclerosis","cardiovascular disease","metabolic syndrome".Keywords clustering can be roughly divided into four directions:molecular biology,pathophysiological mechanism,lipid classification,related diseases;In the first ten years,studies focused on familial combined hyperlipidemia,linkage analysis,susceptibility locus,while in the last ten years,they shifted to DNA methylation,MicroRNA,inflammation,insulin resistance,genome-wide association,etc.Conclusion DNA methylation,MicroRNA,mRNA control,and change of gene expression,thus mediating inflammation,insulin resistance,oxidative stress,apoptosis,and other pathophysiological mechanisms,are the hotspots of genomics research in dyslipidemia.
