摘要
急性缺血性脑卒中(acute ischemic stroke,AIS)又称急性脑梗死(acute cerebral infarction,ACI),是一种严重的神经系统疾病。活血化瘀药水蛭具有多组分、多功效、多靶点的特点。为明确水蛭及其复方制剂在对急性缺血性脑卒中的作用及其机制,特归纳了中药水蛭、水蛭有效成分、水蛭药对以及含水蛭复方及其制剂在防治急性缺血性脑卒中时的一些关键病理环节,包括抗凝、抗血栓、抗凋亡、抑制炎症反应及自由基损伤、保护血管内皮和血脑屏障等。指出了水蛭及其复方制剂在防治急性缺血性脑卒中时的作用机制和靶点,以期为水蛭及其复方制剂在临床防治急性缺血性脑卒中以及进一步开展相关研究时提供参考。
Acute ischemic stroke,also known as acute cerebral infarction,is a serious neurological disease.Leech,a blood-activating and stasis-dissipating drug,is characterized by multiple components,multiple effects and multiple targets.In order to clarify the effect and mechanism of leech and its compound preparations on acute ischemic stroke,some key pathological links of traditional Chinese medicine leech,leech active ingredients,leech drug pairs and leech-containing compound and its preparations in the prevention and treatment of acute ischemic stroke were summarized,including anticoagulation,antithrombosis,anti-apoptosis,inhibition of inflammatory response and free radical damage,and protection of vascular endothelium and blood-brain barrier.The mechanism and target of leech and its compound preparations in the prevention and treatment of acute ischemic stroke were pointed out in order to provide a reference for leech and its compound preparations in the clinical prevention and treatment of acute ischemic stroke and further related researches.
