摘要
医学检验是连接基础医学和临床医学的一门独立的医学技术专业,具有实践性强、临床知识面广的专业特点。其教学目的是培养出理论知识扎实、动手能力强的高素质现代医学检验专业高级人才。而临床实习阶段是学生理论知识和实际操作相结合的关键阶段。如何在有限的实习时间内让学生快速地适应新角色,掌握足够的实操技能,为将来快速融入检验工作,成为一名合格的检验人员奠定坚实的基础是实习阶段的主要教学任务。为提高实习效率,文章基于医学检验学科发展特点,从教师队伍组建、实验室教学体系建立、教学方法、考核方式、沟通交流、信息化平台的利用等方面,探讨综合性医院医学检验实习带教的新举措和新方法,以期能够为新形势下检验医学专业的发展提供有用的信息和借鉴。
Medical laboratory is an independent medical technology specialty connecting basic medicine and clinical medicine,which has the characteristics of strong practicality and wide clinical knowledge.The purpose of teaching is to train advanced talents with solid basic theory,strong ability of practice and scientific research,and high comprehensive quality.The stage of clinical practice is the key stage in which students combine theoretical knowledge with practical operation.The main teaching task in the internship stage is how to make students quickly adapt to the new role within the limited internship time,master enough practical skills,and lay a solid foundation for quickly integrating into the inspection work and becoming a qualified inspector in the future.In order to improve the efficiency of practice,this paper which based on the characteristics of the development of medical laboratory science,discusses the new measures and methods of medical laboratory practice teaching in general hospitals from the aspects of the formation of teachers,establishment of laboratory teaching system,teaching methods,assessment methods,communication and utilization of information platform.We hope this paper will provide useful information and reference for the development of laboratory medicine under the new situation.
