基于均匀设计法的三跨连续梁桥冲击系数多因素耦合

摘要 随着我国交通大发展,大跨连续梁桥已被广泛应用于交通基础建设中,冲击系数(IM)作为衡量车桥耦合振动的一个重要指标,其理论计算方法研究对桥梁的设计、安全运营、后期养护具有重要意义。为探究多因素耦合影响下的冲击系数变化规律,文章基于均匀设计法设计20种试验工况,利用自编车桥耦合程序及SPSS统计分析软件进行线性回归分析,拟合求得三跨连续梁桥挠度IM、弯矩IM计算公式。结果表明:模型拟合度良好,挠度IM受桥面不平度影响最大,其次是车辆悬架刚度,回归方程相关系数R为0.847;弯矩IM受桥面不平度影响最大,其次是桥梁阻尼比,回归方程相关系数R为0.832。试验结果可为同类桥梁IM制定提供参考。 With the great development of transportation in China,the large-span continuous beam bridge has been widely used in the transportation infrastructure.Impact factor(IM)is an important indicator of the coupling vibration of vehicle-bridge,and its theoretical calculation method research on the bridge design,safe operation,post-maintenance is of great significance.In order to explore the variation of impact factors under multi-factor coupling,this paper designs 20 test conditions based on uniform design method,uses self-editing vehicle-bridge coupling procedures and SPSS statistical analysis software to carry out linear regression analysis.The calculation formulas of deflection IM and bending IM of the three span continuous beam bridge are obtained.The results show that the model fit is good.The deflection IM is most affected by the bridge deck roughness,followed by the vehicle suspension rigidity,and its regression equation correlation coefficient R is 0.847;the bending IM is the most affected by the bridge deck roughness,and then the bridge damping ratio,and the resulting correlation coefficient R is 0.832,The test results provide a certain reference for the formulation of such bridge IM in related specifications.
