摘要
以猪八戒网平台为研究对象,采用探索性单案例研究方法,提出中小微企业服务平台多主体价值共创机理模型。研究发现:①平台企业通过价值主张、价值承诺、价值促进和价值传递的形式,在整个价值共创活动中起支撑性作用;②参与主体轮流承担“指挥家”和“联动者”的角色,进而拓展系统节点关系;③平台多主体关系呈现出“联结—联动—联体”的三阶段特征,而依据价值主线,平台综合价值创造过程遵循“价值激活—价值聚合—价值扩散”的核心逻辑。
Based on the platform of ZBJ.COM,this study puts forward the multi-agent value co-creation mechanism model of small and medium-sized micro-enterprise service platform using the exploratory single case study method.The findings are as follows:①Platform enterprises strive to maximize user value as value promoters and co-creators,and play a supporting role in the whole value co-creation activities through the forms of value proposition,value commitment,value promotion and value transmission;②Participants take turns to take on the roles of“conductor”and“linkage”to expand the system node relationship;③The multi-agent relationship of the platform presents the three-stage characteristics of“connection—linkage—association”,and according to the main line of value,the comprehensive value creation process of the platform follows the core logic of“value activation—value aggregation—value diffusion”.
