摘要
强化过程评价是深化新时代教育评价改革的重要任务,但很多人对过程评价的概念及实施方法并不清楚。结合学科素养框架,以英语学科为例,笔者提出了标准设定、事实判断、价值判断和教学改进的过程评价四步骤,厘清了过程评价与考试及传统的形成性评价之间的关系,展示了过程评价量表的研发方法,提出了根据评价结果改进教学的具体步骤。
Strengthening process evaluation is an important part of the education evaluation reform policy in China. The concepts and procedures involved with process evaluation,however,are not very clear. Using the framework of English competencies,a process evaluation approach was proposed for the English subject. This approach includes four steps:standard setting,fact identification,value judgement,and teaching improvement. The relations between process evaluation and the test,as well as with formative assessments,are discussed in detail. The procedures for developing a process evaluation scale and the method for improving teaching efficiency are proposed.
