摘要
通过古籍文献调研、中药现代研究进展及其研究成果的梳理,结合中医临床及中药学等学科领域内的专家学者的认识及应用经验,经讨论认为半夏:功效主要为燥湿化痰,降逆止呕,消痞散结;其症靶为恶心呕吐、失眠;现代药理研究发现,半夏及其有效成分具有止吐、保护胃黏膜、止咳平喘、调血脂、镇静、抗肿瘤等作用;半夏有毒,生品内服宜慎,内服一般炮制后使用,不宜与川乌、制川乌、草乌、制草乌、附子同用;经方及历代经典方剂之中半夏用量为0.19~268 g,现代医家半夏用量为6~60 g,内服时当根据不同疾病,不同证型、症状辨证使用。
Based on the investigation of ancient books and literature, the progress and achievements of modern research on traditional Chinese medicine, and the understanding and application experience of experts and scholars in the field of clinical Chinese medicine and Chinese materia medica, it is considered that pinellia tuber has the following characteristics: Its main effects are eliminating dampness and resolving phlegm, lowering adverse qi and stopping vomiting, and relieving oppression and resolving hard masses. Its symptom targets are nausea, vomiting and insomnia. Modern pharmacology has found that pinellia tuber and its effective components have the functions of stopping vomiting, protecting gastric mucosa, relieving cough and asthma,regulating blood lipid, tranquilizing and resisting tumor. This product is toxic, so raw pinellia tuber should be taken with caution.Usually used after being processed, it should not be used with common monkshood mother root, prepared common monkshood mother root, kusnezoff monkshood root, prepared kusnezoff monkshood root, prepared common monkshood branched root. Its dosage range in classical prescriptions and classical formulas of past dynasties is 0.19-268 g, and its dosage range used by modern doctors is 6-60 g. When taken orally, it should be used according to different diseases, syndromes and symptoms.
