装配式混凝土建筑物化阶段碳足迹评价综述 被引量:6

Review on Carbon Footprint Evaluation during Materialization Stage of Prefabricated Concrete Buildings

摘要 从碳足迹计量方法、碳足迹测算范围、碳排放因子以及碳足迹测算模型四个方面出发,对国内外装配式混凝土建筑物化阶段碳足迹评价研究现状进行了梳理。研究表明,传统的建筑碳排放计量方法以过程分析法及其与投入产出法结合为主,与BIM等现代信息技术及可视化技术相结合,以实现碳排放量的快速计算与事前控制,是当前装配式混凝土建筑碳足迹评价方法的发展方向;国内外碳排放因子库的建设日趋完善,考虑碳排放因子的时效性、地域性等特征,建立地域动态碳排放因子库是进一步完善碳排放测算的重要内容;目前国内尚未形成建筑物化阶段碳排放测算模型的统一标准,相关现行国家标准及组织或企业等不同层面的碳足迹评价以现浇建筑为主要对象,亟需对装配式混凝土建筑物化阶段的碳排放计量标准、碳排放测算系统、监测系统开发等方面开展深入研究。研究有助于促进“双碳”背景下新型建筑工业化的进一步发展,并可为装配式混凝土建筑碳足迹评价及减排策略研究提供参考。 By focusing on four aspects such as carbon footprint measurement method,carbon footprint measurement range,carbon emission factor and carbon footprint calculation model,the researches of carbon footprint evaluation during materialization stage of prefabricated concrete building at home and abroad were reviewed.The research shows that the traditional measurement methods of building carbon emissions mainly include process analysis method,the mixed method of process analysis method and input‑output method.Combined with modern information technology such as BIM and visualization technology,the carbon footprint evaluation method can achieve rapid calculation and pre‑control of carbon emissions,which tends to be development side of current carbon footprint evaluation methods for prefabricated concrete buildings.The construction of carbon emission factor banks at home and abroad is becoming more and more perfect,but the establishment of a regional dynamic carbon emission factor bank is needed to further improve carbon emission measurement by considering the timeliness and regional characteristics of carbon emission factors.There is no unified standard for carbon emission measurement model in the building stage to date in China and the relevant current national standards and carbon footprint evaluation at different levels of organizations or enterprises mainly focus on cast‑in‑place buildings.It is needed to carry out in‑depth research on carbon emission measurement standards,carbon emission measurement system,and monitoring system development during materialization stage of prefabricated concrete building.This study will help promote the further development of new building industrialization under the background of"dual carbon",and provide reference for carbon footprint assessment and emission reduction strategy research of prefabricated concrete buildings.
