摘要
有机胶在应用中耐火性和耐久性较差,而无机胶则绿色环保且其耐久性和防火性能更加优异。文章采用硫氧镁(Magnesium Oxysulfide,MOS)无机胶凝材料制备胶合竹,研究了其粘结剪切强度和抗弯性能。结果表明:适宜的MOS无机胶凝材料可以制备出较高粘结剪切强度和抗弯强度且破坏形态理想的胶合竹;在弯曲破坏时,裂缝沿胶层扩展至竹材基体,其抗弯强度较高,可实现竹材折断的理想破坏形态,初步显示了MOS无机胶作为竹材粘结剂的可行性。
Organic adhesive has poor fire resistance and durability in applications,while inorganic adhesive is green and has better durability and fire resistance.In this paper,Magnesium Oxysulfate(MOS)inorganic cementitious material was used to prepare laminated bamboo,and the bond shear strength and bending performance of Magnesium Oxysulfate inorganic adhesive laminated bamboo were studied.The results show that suitable MOS inorganic cementitious materials can produce laminated bamboo with high bond shear strength and bending strength and ideal failure form.However,the crack extends along the bond line to the bamboo basal body during the bending failure of laminated bamboo.And the bending strength of laminated bamboo is high,which can realize the ideal failure form of bamboo material broken.It preliminarily shows the feasibility of Magnesium Oxysulfate inorganic cementitious material adhesive as bamboo binder.
