摘要
中医古籍是中医发展之根本,不重视中医古籍研究,难以守正创新,传承精华,但由于中医古籍距今已历史久远,因时因地因人制宜背景下对病因病机的认识已相去甚远,如何将中医古籍里的经典发皇古义,融会新知,成为新的课题。文章试基于中医古籍保护现状,从底层逻辑异同、评价体系明确性、病机溯源充分性、名称考证精准性、剂量配伍优化性和保护性及安全性评价6个方面提出具体阐述,并对中医古籍保护与定级、古籍术语标准化、经典名方新药研发等路径进行说明。
Ancient books of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)are the foundation of the development of TCM.It is difficult to keep the integrity and innovation of ancient books of TCM and pass on the essence,the understanding of etiology and pathogenesis has been far away under the background of adapting to local conditions and time,so how to combine the classics in ancient books of TCM with the new knowledge has become a new subject,it was expounded from the following six aspects:the bottom logic,the definiteness of the evaluation system,the adequacy of tracing the pathogenesis,the accuracy of the name textual research,the optimization of dose compatibility,the protection and the safety evaluation,the ways of protection and grading of ancient books of TCM,standardization of terms in ancient books,and research and development of classical famous prescriptions and new drugs were also explained.
