摘要
某高原地区槽式太阳能光热发电站储热系统采用导热油泄漏监测装置,其关键部件氢火焰离子检测器在操作过程中频繁出现点火故障现象。从导热油泄漏监测装置的设备部件、燃料气纯度、燃料气和空气的配比以及火焰信号传输等方面逐一进行排查,确定点火故障的根本原因是燃料气/空气配比不足和燃烧室接口处燃料气流量限制器、空气流量限制器堵塞。提出选用流量符合要求的浮子式流量计,以国产氢气专用阻火器替代燃料气流量限制器等治理措施,保证了氢火焰离子检测器的正常点火以及导热油泄漏监测装置的可靠运行。
Thermal conductive oil leakage monitoring device is used in the heat storage system of trough solar photothermal power station in a plateau area.The key component,the hydrogen flame ion detector,frequently has ignition failures during operation.The equipment components,fuel gas purity,fuel gas and air ratio and flame signal transmission of the thermal conductive oil leakage monitoring device are checked one by one,and it is determined that the root cause of ignition failure is the insufficient fuel gas/air ratio and the blockage of fuel gas flow restrictor and air flow restrictor at the interface of combustion chamber.It is proposed to select the float flowmeter,the flow of which meets the requirements,use domestic special hydrogen flame arrester instead of fuel gas flow restrictor and other treatment measures,in order to ensure the normal ignition of the hydrogen flame ion detector and the reliable operation of the heat transfer oil leakage monitoring device.
