摘要
为保障飞云江大桥的运营结构安全,更好地进行管理养护,对飞云江大桥桥梁健康监测系统进行设计,对预警阈值进行设定。首先,利用有限元分析软件对飞云江大桥进行建模分析,分析其在不同荷载工况下结构受力变形差异,得到结构危险特征点位置,根据结构分析结果,确定监测项目以及测点位置。然后,针对飞云江大桥的结构特点和运营情况,对其健康监测系统进行设计,整个健康监测系统共分为六个子系统。最后,结合有限元结构分析结果和前期监测数据,对监测项目设定两级预警阈值。
In order to ensure the safety of the operation structure of Feiyun river bridge and better carry out the management and maintenance, the bridge health monitoring system of the Feiyun river bridge is designed and the early warning threshold is set. First, the finite element analysis software is used to carry out the modelinganalysis on the Feiyun river bridge, so as to analyze the difference of structural stress and deformation under different load conditions, and obtain the location of structural dangerous characteristic points. According to the structural analysis results, the monitoring items and the location of measuring points are determined. Then, according to the structural characteristics and operation of the Feiyun river bridge, the health monitoring system is designed. The whole health monitoring system is divided into six subsystems. Finally, two levels of early warning thresholds are set for monitoring projects in combination with the results of finite element structural analysis and monitoring data at earlier stage.
