摘要
肝脏是结直肠癌血行转移最主要的靶器官,结直肠癌肝转移是结直肠癌治疗的重点和难点之一。为了提高我国结直肠癌肝转移的诊断和综合治疗水平,指南编写组成员与时俱进,汇集总结国内外该领域的先进经验和最新成果,再次修订并更新形成《中国结直肠癌肝转移诊断和综合治疗指南(2023版)》,持续为我国结直肠癌肝转移的诊疗实践提供指导和参考。
Liver is the most important target organ for hematogenous metastasis of colorectal cancer,and liver metastasis of colorectal cancer is one of the big challenges in the treatment of colorectal cancer.In order to improve the diagnosis and comprehensive treatment of liver metastases of colorectal cancer in China,the members of guideline development group kept pace with the changing times,collected and summarized the advanced experience and latest achievements in this field at home and abroad,and updated and developed the Chinese guidelines for the diagnosis and comprehensive treatment of colorectal liver metastases(2023 edition),so as to provide continuous guidance and support for the diagnosis and treatment practice of colorectal liver metastases in China.
