摘要
目的构建危重新生儿转运质量评价指标体系。方法研究小组通过回顾文献,参考相关政策、指南,结合临床实际等构建指标体系框架,邀请来自北京市19名专家进行两轮咨询以筛选指标,运用层次分析法计算各级指标权重。结果形成了包含3项一级指标、11项二级指标、33项三级指标的危重新生儿转运质量评价指标体系。两轮咨询专家积极系数分别为95%和100%,专家权威系数分别为0.892、0.887,专家协调系数分别为0.393、0.382。三级指标权重在0.0047~0.1156之间。结论构建的危重新生儿转运质量评价指标体系具有一定科学性,可为评价危重新生儿转运工作质量提供参考。
Objective To establish a quality evaluation index system for critical neonatal transport.Methods The research team constructed the index system framework by reviewing the literature,referring to relevant policies and guidelines,combined with clinical practice,and invited 19 experts from Beijing for two rounds of consultation to screen the indicators,and calculated the weights of indicators at all levels by using the analytic hierarchy process.Results A critical neonatal transport quality evaluation index system was established,which included 3 first-level indexes,11 second-level indexes and 33 third-level indexes.The positive coefficient of experts in the two rounds of consultation was 95%and 100%,the expert authority coefficient was 0.892 and 0.887,and the expert coordination coefficient was 0.393 and 0.382,respectively.The weight of the third level index was between 0.0047 and 0.1156.Conclusion The evaluation index system of critical newborn transport quality is scientific and can provide reference for evaluating the quality of critical newborn transport work.
