摘要
实现电网操作的全过程自动化需要构建比较全面的电力调度操作领域的通用知识模型。以电力调度操作的机器智能为目标,综合应用层次化的一阶谓词逻辑规则库和知识本体两种知识表达方式,设计了具有良好扩展性的智能操作知识模型(intelligent operation knowledge model,IOKM)。将IOKM划分为元素知识、本体知识和推理知识三层架构,针对调度管理特点,充实了调度任务本体、拓扑本体和检修计划本体的描述属性和结构。为了更有效地将本体模型实例化并与基于对象描述的规则结合运用于操作实例,提出了事实库动态构建方法。针对具有时序约束的操作序列生成和合序任务,设计了可拓展且简明的操作规则优先级序列表达方式。以实际电网调度检修计划单为例,展示了知识模型的构建和运用流程,验证了模型的性能。
In order to realize the whole process automation of power grid operation,it is necessary to construct a comprehensive general knowledge model in the field of power dispatching operation.In this paper,the intelligent operation knowledge model(IOKM)with good scalability is designed with the machine intelligence of power dispatching operation as the goal,and two knowledge representation modes of hierarchical first-order predicate logic rule base and knowledge ontology are integrated.IOKM is divided into three layers:element knowledge,ontology knowledge and logic knowledge.According to the characteristics of dispatching management,the descriptive attributes and structures of dispatching task ontology,topology ontology and power outage plan ontology are enriched.In order to instantiate the ontology model and apply the rules based on object description to operational examples effectively,this paper proposes a dynamic construction method of fact database.An extensible and concise expression of the priority sequence of operation rules is designed for the synthesis task of operation sequence with time sequence constraints.Taking the actual power outage plan in grid dispatching as an example,the construction and application process of the knowledge model is demonstrated,and the performance of the model is verified.
